What advice would you have for someone in that situation?

Yeah, it's a tricky situation to be in, right? Promotions are quite addictive in a way.

You start one and then it comes in part of your base and you want to keep on growing your volume, et cetera, et cetera.

And before you know it, you're promoting too much.

And in an ideal world, you'd promote as little as possible and be very clear about why you're promoting.

So is it for volume? Is it for profit? Is it to gain a listing? You know, all of these things are very valid.

Um, and we live in a very promotionally driven market as well.

how can they then increase their prices without absolutely tanking their sales?
