A first-hand look at building an agentic platform at Splio
21:40

Ken MugrageHOST
So, uh, I guess, Carolina, what did, what did we bring to the table to try to, to help with this, this orchestration?
C
21:47Uh, so I think both Philippe and Francois pointed out something very valuable of the process that is sitting everyone down in the same table in the same room and having a discussion that is cross-sectional between both the C-suite, product team, uh, the data scientists, the machine learning engineers, the software engineers.
C
22:06So any side of the problem that in another occasion might have been, uh, might have been overlooked, let's say if it was just software developers putting together that agent, maybe they haven't thought about some side of the product side, um, that gets sorted out on the spot.
C
22:20Or at least we have someone to ask the question to and spark a nice discussion.
C
22:24So then that means that whatever is prioritized to be built is something that is a consensus among the entire team.

But even when you have the starting point, how do you continue building? Um, so the idea with the Agentic Catalyst Program, which is the workshop that we run, uh, with AWS and with Splio, uh, back in May, is
