And Carmen, how did you get involved in the organization?

Well, I actually am a breast cancer survivor.

And I at the time I was working for a security benefit and we're very active in the in the community and they had reached out and they needed a board member for the race against breast cancer.

And so I joined the board And this is I'm into my second three year term now, and I recently retired.

How would you encourage people to kind of get involved with each other? And by that, I mean you've got teams and everything, Carmen, right?
