I don't think it's either one, but How can people look at the coming technology shift and say, or I guess get some comfort that there are ways that they can still be valuable?
21:04
Yeah, I think like this is that dynamic too of understanding who you are as well, right? Because if I look at like the clients that I've had over, you know, my career, I've gotten the opportunity to work with many individuals, like some of them don't come back.
21:20
And I look and I ask myself, why didn't they come back? You know, what is about this engagement, the results? And it's like, hey, well, they got great results, but it's like, still, why didn't they come back? And then if you look at it, it's like, ah...
21:33
Like this wasn't exactly what I love to do.
21:37
Like I'm good at this and I'm good at this component, but I don't love it.
21:44
Like I love what I'm working with this individual on.
21:47
And, you know, I've had clients for almost a decade now, some of them.

Well can we dive into that one because I'm curious and if it's not shareable I totally understand but what was the blocker like what was the perspective she had that was making the pressure unbearable even though you know she was able to come through it and recognize oh I actually want to do more this is great what was kind of that blocking perspective.

the end of the day, humans are behind everything in the business.
14:38
So how they behave and how we get them to be inspired by their jobs and career is all really important.
14:45
When I think about employees, it's easy to sort of give people incentives and stuff, but you'll notice incentives don't last very long.
14:54
So You want to actually inspire your employees.
14:57
You want to engage them.
14:58
A big part of that is creating an inspiring culture.
17:56
Pride.

Absolutely.
5:41
So yeah.
5:41
And when we think about culture, it's, it's, it's a li- oh gosh, there's so much that goes into it, so I'm like trying to summarize it very efficiently, uh, quickly.
5:51
Um, but basically when we look at that, the vision of the company is actually imbued into the culture.
5:58
So the vision of the company, the core values, everything is communicated.
6:03
The strategy is communicated and understood.
6:06
Even where the company is at, whether it's profitable or not profitable, like everyone in the company knows, and figuring out how to make that message land.
