what were like maybe for example wins or also struggles and also yeah like in the past years when you kind of reflect back but also in which season are you now right right now yeah

Okay, really good question.

Now it makes so much sense to think about that.

Because 10 is like a complete number.

So it's not just a season, but it just goes also with my secular, or not secular, but the time in working at the industry.

Because before coming to Germany, I was just working connected to church.

When I was working in Croatia, it was a missionary organization.

Maybe you can share some things that was... was for you a challenge but also how could you overcome these things or how do you deal with things like this for example costumes or even i don't know conversations values that maybe crashes with the christian values or your values um yeah maybe you can share a little bit about that yeah
