I had never met Grippo or Russell.

So they were, you know, they were staples in the Burlington jazz scene.

And so we went up there and no rehearsal.

We just had all these, you know, jazz tunes we were going to play.

We played probably about half an hour and then the word got out.

It wasn't, you know, this jazz band.

So how long did it kind of take you to really feel like, You know, if I if I, you know, come in here, it's going to sound great or I'm not going to catch an eye from Trey that I came in too early or, you know, that I went on too long or like, how does that onstage feeling come together?
