What's your take on all of this?

Uh, i- it is, Shelley, and it's, it's sort of tragic, awful, and ironic at the same time.

So Christa Pike, uh, uh, was involved in an awful murder, uh, back when she was about 19 years old in 1996.

Uh, at the time she was, at, at the age of 20 in 1996, the, the crime happened in 1995, she was sentenced to, with the death penalty, to execution.

This thing, these things always take a long time, and, uh, in Tennessee they do that by a lethal injection.

And they, they gave her two lethal injections, and the kind of irony is that, that neither of them worked.

N- technically, medically, apparently it's because they couldn't get the injection into a vein, so it went into her body, as it were, not into her veins, which means it wasn't lethal.

So as a Christian commentator, what is your opinion on this?
