So Ms. Hashim, if you could tell us a little bit about why you also want to focus on the challenges.

Caren HachemGUEST
I wanted to focus on the challenges because as a mechatronics engineer myself, I've worked with international companies and I felt the challenges and I lived through the challenges that faces the women that work in STEM majors.

Caren HachemGUEST
So I wanted to encourage women to pursue majors such as engineering and STEM and guide them through the challenges for them to be aware on how to handle those.

Reine AzziHOST
Ms. Hashim, what do you look forward to moving forward in terms of working with Ms. Tannous and preparing this joint podcast?
