In terms of tires and the conditions what did you run both days and what would you say is the hardest point of the course because some of the Lithuanian people here they thought that the sand would be the hardest because that is a unique feature to this course it's the only piece of sand in all of Vilnius that they could find for a cross course it was at the bottom so they were thinking that that was the most difficult was that the case and did that have to do with your tires

Yeah, so to answer your question about tires first, I ran a double Grifo on both days.

And then on the second day, it was a little bit more cloudy, so it didn't dry quite as fast.

So we put a baby Limus in the rear because there was some quite steep hills at the top of the course where extra rear traction was just super helpful.

Personally, I race and train a lot in the sand, so it wasn't quite as unique as maybe the Lithuanian racers found it.

But I think that there's a section after pit two, you do two U-turns up the hill.

as 123 what do you kind of like have if any advice for that because in the US sure the scene is far more robust than here it's not comparable at all but some of the same themes that are in the US in terms of rider development are also visible here and like we saw the riders today oh I don't really know how to shoulder my bike I still have a big stutter step I'm stepping onto the saddle like if any like how would you recommend people here to go about and become better
