Yeah.

Uh, we have, you know, uh, executive directors and CEOs.

I mean, we have so many examples of what this work does for the young women in this community that it's exciting to see just the evolution, you know, next generations coming up and doing even better than the generations before.

Yeah.
17:54
And we keep growing for a reason, so I think people recognize the work that's happening and the evolution of the work that's happening as well.

Are you from Omaha originally? OK, so how do you over three years like, you know, make the changes that you want to make, accentuate the positives as you see them and do all of the things a CEO has to do? How do you do it?
12:35
Yeah, you know, I'm grateful for the legacy, right? Girls Inc has been around for 50 years.
12:39
I stand on the shoulders of incredible giants and I'm blessed to be able to come into this work with my own lived experiences.
12:45
Again, seeing myself in the many of the girls and having a different perspective around what they need to excel, what I see in them and what I'd like to pull out of them.
12:54
Yeah.
12:55
Has been so different.
12:55
And I think that's what the community expected me to do.
TonyHOST
14:28
Oh, wow.
