So I'm curious if you can share an example that your company has done maybe for a long time historically before you became CEO or kind of under your leadership.

So we have a long history of shaking things up quite a bit.

And we were started by an herbalist, Rosemary Gladstar, for herbalists.

It's a supply company.

This is back in the 80s.

And the supply company was generally imported from overseas.

There are good and bad players.

How do you balance when it's the right thing to do versus when there's kind of a market opportunity?
