What did you find as some of the maybe more surprising things in the report?

Yeah, so I mean, a, a lot of interesting stuff.

What we did was we, uh, took this survey.

We sent it out to, uh, these people who had, uh, purchased a vehicle recently, so worked with car dealerships, but also anybody just across the industry.

So this is dealerships.

We're also talking, uh, mechanic services.

Uh, and we found that, uh, the majority of people are doing their homework.

In other words, referrals are huge, and it's why I encourage every one of my businesses to build a good referral program.
