And how have you been able to benefit from your leadership development at Mormon Technology Center?
34:38
So my leadership development has been great.
34:39
So pretty much at my shop right now, I'm a QC, which is quality control.
34:43
So before anything goes in the paint booth, it has to go through me.
34:45
So I'm pretty much a supervisor over my entire shop.
34:48
And before anything goes to the next step, I have to go over and check it.
34:51
So I've been...
35:01
How else has MNTC prepared you for your future career? Those are two big steps right
9:25
Mm.
9:25
And so, um, for a lot of years, I just hung on tighter.
9:29
Uh, you know, uh, more solitary confinement, more solitary confinement.
9:34
And then, um, finally...
9:37
Uh, well, in one of those solitary confinement trips, I was next to a guy, uh, named Arnaldo Ruiz, and he, uh, told me about a program at OSP, um, that the rabbi ran, uh, called Restorative Justice, and that if we ever landed at the prison together, he would get me in.
9:55
Uh, one day I get called to the chapel, which a lot of times is scary 'cause that's, the chaplains are the folks who notify you of a, a death in the family or something wrong, right? And so that was spooky.
10:07
Uh, you know, we always think the worst.

And so, um, for a lot of years I just hung on tighter, uh, you know.
9:36
Uh, more solitary confinement, more solitary confinement.
9:40
And then, um, finally...
