So like, what is like the first kind of look look like when you, when you get a professional bodybuilder or a classic guy?
11:05
I think the first thing.
11:12
I think it comes down to understanding an individual's wants and desires and when it comes down to it and they've hung it up and they don't compete anymore, how do they look back at this and say, damn, that was worth it? And I think that puts you in a position then where you start to understand expectations and then you initially out the gate can guide somebody into, okay, are these expectations even realistic? for what they're wanting to work into.
11:37
And I feel like that's one of the biggest things we can do as coaches out the gate is make sure that the expectations that are out there are even, you know, realistic or close, close to realistic.
11:48
Um, Because your actions should always match expectation, you know.
11:55
And so from there, you kind of can easily break into almost just like a needs analysis.
11:59
And you start breaking down, okay, what has this athlete done before in the past? You know, you mentioned a pro.

Cameron, are there any peptides that you're a proponent of?
119:08
Um, you know, I thought like BPC and TB500 had been around for a good while, along before a lot of the other mainstream ones have kind of raised to the surface here.
119:18
Um, I don't really like to lean into them too heavy.
119:23
Like I would say that if you just looked at like my roster as a whole, you might, you'd find them more like sprinkled in rather than just like a very mild, low dose of it, like across the board within the amount of people that are on any kind of peptides.
119:38
Um, you know, I think for some individuals that probably helps put, I don't know, I guess the perception and just the way that they're handling the stress and stimulus of the prep, or I guess it just kind of depends on which peptide you're using.
119:58
I don't know.
119:58
Sometimes it might fit the bill for somebody that maybe genetically might be, might not be as advantageous in that certain area, or just could be dealing with something that we need maybe like a quicker turnaround on or whatever it may be.
