What would you say to that?

We don't review our decisions in a disciplined way well enough.

Whether you want to call that a formal review or or a less formal reflection on it.

But I don't think we do that very well.

Well, what we tend to do is if the outcome of the decision we've made isn't all that good, that tends to bias our next way of thinking or our next view on it.

And I think we can be better at learning from our mistakes, you know.

as painful as sometimes they are, if you've got a process in place and you go, that didn't work out the way I wanted to, what did I not include in that decision that I should have at the time when I had to make it? Or am I putting too much emphasis on these factors and not enough on something else? So that word again comes back to the discipline of doing those reviews.

What would you say about the opportunities when it comes to maybe assessing risk or making decisions? How can we reframe how we think about things to be more opportunity minded?
