So, you know, quite often many people are having fertility treatment and they're working and they want to continue to be high-performing.

Then they have the financial load if they're not getting, if they're not getting that access to the, to any NHS support for fertility, which as we know, that could be a whole other conversation about how unfair that is and how difficult that is, but there might be that financial driver as well and stress.

So what can people do to really help themselves from a stress perspective when they are trying to balance work, demanding work, with fertility treatment and that added pressure that they're probably putting on themselves to keep performing?
