facade and trying to deal with self-challenge and that voice in the back of their saying well this isn't true but then you're also trying to convey that to someone else and it's an interesting thing because so many people are trying to pretend to be something they're not almost

yeah Yeah, no, 100%.

I think like authenticity is just key.

And something that I've, and this is just, I guess, me giving some vulnerability.

I guess when I first started in like the online space, I never spoke about vulnerability.

i never spoke about challenges i went through none of that um and i guess that is i guess that is a form of um you know not sharing everything right and now i'm like i'm leaning the other way now and i actually love sharing the vulnerabilities i love sharing my challenges so i actually went i had a hair transplant And that was one of like one of my biggest insecurities that I've that I've ever gone through in my life.

And I used to tell nobody that I was insecure about.

You're also doing some documenting, doing something for yourself at the moment, aren't you?
