Both of you, do you think there are jobs that you are doing on your farm now or that people are doing on your farms now because you both employ a reasonable number of people? are there jobs that they're doing now that in 10 years' time could be replaced by technology or robots?

Yeah, no, I think, well, sort of looking forward, sort of technology-wise, it's year on year seems to be growing.

It's always quite interesting going to poultry shows, you know, every year you go there, there's a new piece of technology.

Even, well, just from the egg side, you know, we've got robotic graders that can pack the egg, well, and grade the eggs into, you know, dirties and smalls and cracks or whatever we need to do.

So just from sort of an egg point of view, you know, we can minimize staffing from that.

And likewise, I think, well, the technology always seems to be moving forward, but there's always going to be a place for having staff on farm, but it's allowing AI or technology to coming in to either, well, assist those staff members and making sure that we're not having issues on farm and, well, beating the problem before it becomes a problem, basically.

So we're sort of in conversations with a company at the minute that are potentially putting cameras within the shed, which I think they already do in broilers at the minute, which they can identify problems with the birds themselves and sort of picking up bird behavior.
