Caleb WimbleGUEST
So it's going to be one that most people have to check out on streaming when it's available there, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Caleb WimbleGUEST
So for all that, for all the politically provocative elements of it, I think one of the most interesting things about these movies is that they are only really provocative in light of what is going on in Israel and Palestine right now, because it's a very conventional historical epic of this kind.

Caleb WimbleGUEST
And, you know, like it's there's a degree to which if there were set in any other former British colony, you know, agitating against the British imperial rule, it would be completely uncontroversial and quite conventional in the way that the story is told, the way it is shot, the way it interweaves in actual historical footage, although it's been colorized.

Caleb WimbleGUEST
Um, and, and up algorithmically up res to try and like blend it into the modern footage with some degree of success.

Caleb WimbleGUEST
But, um, it's an interesting choice, uh, to do that, I guess, but otherwise like this unfolds in a, in a very much ensemble cast style following people across.
