What else did your research find?
4:59
Yeah, well, number one, a lot of people aren't feeling great about it, which won't be a surprise, but there's kind of a new word that we use a terms of individuals that are looking for, and that's just the word flexibility, which means different things to everybody.
5:16
And it's not a one size fits all component because we've talked to people that actually prefer to be in the office.
5:24
Some people, you know, they, they adjusted work from home for a certain part of the last few years.
5:31
And, and some people actually are craving a work life or a, that, that, that, that, differentiation between work and life and for them going into the office is better but others you know still want to have a little bit of optionality but flexibility what where that's coming in is organizations that are even asking their folks to come back in five days a week but they're allowing flexible start times or flexible end times or maybe you drive home a little bit earlier Miss rush hour and finish your day at home, you know, something that we would call window work.
6:07
So, so it's, it's not a either or necessarily.
6:11
And it's about people just asking for, I think something that's fairly reasonable is allowing them to kind of craft their life a little bit around work, but obviously you still need to deliver.
7:22
Any of your research way into those kinds of things where, you know, isolation isn't good and being around people is good, but also we understand the balance of work life that it can't be all work five days a week anymore.
