And I think that's been kind of an eye-opening thing for me to know that people are already utilizing it in that way.

I think one of my favorite things about this whole project was just how real it is to folks who read it.

And where I come to this is from the perspective of I teach courses on organization, administration, and governance of higher ed.

At least once a year, I teach leadership courses and different things in higher ed.

And, you know, a lot of our students come, you know, in these graduate degree programs.

You know, they're at the mid-level.

They're trying to figure out how to navigate that.

So I've been keeping that in mind.
