What helped you in those moments go from one day to the next?

I think it's really important, certainly at the very beginning, to ... a bit like when you're going into battle, you need to ... or, or you're playing a sport, you need to have your team around you, and that can look different to everybody, but it's your immediate support network, and my children were part of that team.

But ...

And my family, my parents, my sisters, they were part of that team.

But then also I, I got a mentor, which happened by complete chance.

Um, but I was consulting with a career coach.

I was saying to her, she's become a really good friend of mine and she's brilliant and she's totally helped me out, but I was saying, "I just, I'm struggling with the divorce process.

That feels really quite important as, like, as, as part of that recovery journey.
