And so we went down that path, and I gotta tell you, I spent the majority of a year and a half just explaining to people what a chief of staff was.

So we, we just said the mistake is getting bogged down in the title.

We are, and PROXI is, an executive multiplier, but that's really what a chief of staff is as well.

So you're right that, um, great CEOs and great leaders surround themselves with, uh, an execution team and someone who can operate, uh, at their same pace.

Oftentimes, that takes multiple people.

Right.

How do you think about retention?

Yeah.

Our average tenure with a client is almost four years, and we've been around for six.

So we, we don't lose clients because we do not have long-term contracts.

And so again, like, I'm not doing this to pitch Proxy.

I'm doing this to explain to other organizations how you build systems around your beliefs.

Um, we do not believe in lock-in agreements.

Um, what is your number one challenge? What is the one nut that you guys are trying to crack that you know once you crack, you take the whole thing to the next level? Who's the business coach business coach?
