So I, I always loved biology.

Like in school, I just-- That was just my favorite subject.

Um, came easily to me.

I enjoyed it, thought it was fascinating, loved reading about all the research.

My understanding was that it's not something somebody's making up or just feeling, like in English, or just saying, you know, "This is really, this is really nice," or something, but this is research that's been done, and here's what we came up with, and it has changed over years.

So how do we manage that, um, when sometimes as we get more knowledge, uh, the recommendations may change?
