So from a simple scene and supervised perspective, what needs to happen for people to have confidence to integrate A.I.? ? into the system because I'm very excited about what it's going to do for the administrative bloat, more importantly, at least in the short term, but from a clinical perspective, from an outcomes perspective, and from an overall health perspective, long term, if we do

it right.

That first thing I'm going to say, John, is I want to make it clear, I love AI to the point where, you know, people who know me, I bore them to death at dinners.

I use AI all the time.

It has... exponentially impacted in a positive way how I do my work.

But to answer your question, getting back to simple scene and supervised, I'm going to tell a little bit of a story here because it's important to talk about what you're asking, which is really, how do we get our arms around this risk? And I didn't know anything about this guy, this guy named William.

That's a great question.

So there's a case that just came out.

OpenAI, which is what, uh, Sam Altman's company of ChatGPT, they got sued by The New York Times.

Long story short, New York Times thought that AI was basically copyrighting its material.

District court judge said, "Okay, we're gonna require OpenAI to keep all of the sessions, the prompt sessions, Brian, not just for what was relevant to The New York Times, to all users, not just the sessions that are active, but those are the, that, those that ultimately were deleted." So you've got a court, a district court case saying that this stuff has to be preserved, and when I look at it from my legal liability perspective, it makes sense because think about it if it's being used, and it is right now, in a medical office to be a, what we call, AI scribe.

Well, if, if that ultimately is relevant in a malpractice case or some type of government case, you can't destroy that evidence.
