Let's let you guys explain who Johnson Associates are and why we think this is going to be a great conversation given what you guys do today because this is going to be pretty relevant.

So Chris and I, we are both managing directors at Johnson & Substance.

As a firm, we are compensation consultants solely for the financial services industry.

Our firm has been doing that for well over 30 years, and we specialize solely with financial services firms ranging from on the asset management side, all the different flavors of traditional strategies, wealth management, family offices, hedge funds, private equity, and all the different flavors of private equity and related fields like venture, real estate, infrastructure, so on and so forth.

We also do a good amount of work with the banks, both on the major bank side, but the biggest banks down to the more regional and boutique players, as well as insurance firms and increasingly in today's environment, fintech and some crypto firms as well.

I'd say half of our work is on the number side.
