That's just kind of a joke, because it's basically rocket fuel, and your body can only handle so much.

And for 60 miles, my body was able to handle that extremely well.

I, I had a little moment where I probably should've taken my ice bandana at 16, and so from 16 till 40, I was just relying on dunking myself with water and ice in my hat and my shirt.
