And initially, it was in eight other states, along with Texas.

And what this... lawsuit lawsuit is seeking to do is take a It was seeking to do is to What it's seeking to do is attack and repeal Supreme Court decision known as the integration mandate and And what they're going to do is use that as grounds as to ultimately deem section 504 as unconstitutional.
