What was kinda the boldest decision that you had to take?

As I was reflecting about this, I kind of in my mind was like, what are the typical temptations? Why teams normally don't come out as strong as they can.

And, you know, there are basically three things.

The first one is that they typically avoid facing the facts and the challenges, the brutal facts.

The second thing, they try to find someone to blame, either internally, and that creates division, or externally.

You know, "Oh, my God, life is very tough on us," and so on.

And as a consequence, they're tempting to find quick fixes and short-term answers for deep problems.

In those conversations, what playbook did they tell you that you could bring?
