Mm-hmm.

And this got blurred when liberalism came in with the fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of all men and didn't recognize the distinctiveness of the Church, and so they tried to apply the ethics of the Church to the state, and that doesn't work.

It's, uh, it's wrongheaded, frankly.

But that still happens today in, in the political world.

But, uh, going back to how we as a church can use these Psalms, is that they are, they're ethical.

They are clearly distinguishing right from wrong, and that, uh, what Israel, what, what Babylon did to Israel was God's punishment on Israel.

But Babylon, a- Israel had done no wrong to Babylon, and so Babylon acted unjustly.
