I do think we are in a crisis.

I worry that we're at the beginning of the crisis and maybe in the middle and that there's... more to come and it's gonna be a long one and it's gonna be hard to weather the storm.

The budget cuts in my school and we'll get into this have been mostly around not hiring new faculty.

How have you been affected at Guelph specifically, Bruce, with your course numbers as well?
