How do you manage your focus and energy through the week? How do you enable yourself to kind of reset from day to day?

Bruce DeeGUEST
I mean I think I'll just think of it in like an enjoyment point of view because like obviously at the start of the week I had the 100 breaststroke and obviously that's like my best well one of my best and favourite events and then going into the 100 freestyle I think I've just had like different aims for all of them So to just get out of it, 100 breaststroke and 200 IM, I knew that would be the hardest to PB on, because I've recently just got massive PBs in them at Singapore.

Bruce DeeGUEST
So with 100 Freestyle, I've been aiming to go the British record for a couple of years now.

When you say the only thing that stops me could be me, have you gotten your way in the past? Is there anything that you've done in the past that you felt has limited you that you've now managed to shed as you move forward?
