Bridget, can you just outline it for us and kind of explain why we think about it as the blueprint for high performance in the workplace?

Brigitte LinGUEST
So I think this framework is so great because really it's adaptable, it's simple, and it's scalable.

Brigitte LinGUEST
So we have growth mindset, psychological safety, and accountability that makes up the components of GPA.

Brigitte LinGUEST
And when you kind of put those things together, you get a really great framework impact and so the growth mindset really enables people to be open to new perspectives to be open to feedback um you know willing to experiment and make mistakes uh and then you have the psych safety piece which is really that environment that's so critical um to be able to actually engage in a growth mindset um because in a you know an environment of psych safety you're not afraid of your taking interpersonal risks.

Brigitte LinGUEST
So basically, that means you're not afraid to share your mistakes or ask for feedback or provide feedback or have those healthy debates that lead to a generative thinking because you know your relationships won't suffer when you engage in that really challenging behavior.

And on top of all of the great data that's being dropped in, which is interesting in and of itself, but as we move on to the next section, it's interesting because of what we've been actually seeing in our data.
