So I think I'll start by explaining a little bit about what neurodiversity justice actually is, because I think that context really matters here.

For a long time, the conversation about neurodivergence has been organized around awareness, acceptance, and inclusion.

And those things have value.

I'm not dismissing them.

But if you look at the actual data, Autistic adults are still unemployed and underemployed at rates that have barely moved in decades.

Neurodivergent people are still being failed by schools, by healthcare, by workplaces.

What are some things that we'll need to do as first or second steps in redesigning these systems within the framework of neurodiversity justice?
