Bridget, tell us a little bit about Core Giving.

Yes.

So Marcia, one of the special things about Core Giving is that 100% of the contributions to our organization flow through to our food bank partners and our hunger relief partners across the country.

That is in part because of the generosity of the Blackstone real estate portfolio companies, many of which are in the multifamily sector.

And so the contribution will enable our food bank partners to purchase food.

Jennifer did a beautiful job of describing the reality of hunger in the U.S. right now.

And the reality that our food bank partners are seeing is the cost of food is increasing.
