So when we talk about the irreplaceable value of an advisor, what does that actually look like in the day-to-day work of a CPA or a financial planner? And Where are the moments where the human advisor becomes truly irreplaceable?
5:10
This is really the key here because the spectrum you mentioned, it goes from compliance execution, a little bit notched up to more technical optimization.
5:22
And then we move on to interpretation and context.
5:26
And the sweet spot there on the end is human judgment and integration.
5:30
And I really think if we are focused on outputs of technology only, and we're not adding extra thought and value and judgment to it, then there really isn't an extra added value there.
5:46
I think what's really cool about being a CPA who's been in this business for a long time, and I've done a lot of things manually in my day, so I have the experience to know that when I get an output from technology, I have an expectation.
6:01
And I think that expectation as an advisor is really what we need to be focusing on harnessing if we're not there yet or having a comparison of that to the output when we get something coming from technology.

What is it about the human advisor relationship, Breanne, that still matters so much in those moments? And what might CPAs be undervaluing about the trust they've already built with clients?
