And if those two are not operating i- in, in the best possible capacity at all times, it becomes extremely impactful to the bottom line of the hotel.

And, uh, those two disciplines are something we pride ourselves on very, very much.

Um, and, uh, and then obviously, uh, operations.

And, uh, when I say operations, that means rooms, food and beverage, maintenance, preventative maintenance, uh, capital expenditure management, um, making sure that these assets are, are well-maintained and preserved, um, and that, uh, they're meeting the guests' expectations-

... and implement strategies for each hotel that are specific to that hotel, where we can focus all of our team members to execute all of those disciplines in what, in, in terms of what's in the best interest for that hotel and not for the portfolio.

And, and being able to, to drill down and execute in that kind of a manner is, is, um, something I know owners are looking for.
