The

second factor changes kind of depending on developer and what state they're in.

But I will say that water doesn't seem to be a problem as much because most data center developers are pledging to not use water or very limited water or reuse water.

So water, because it's been such a community pushback now and they're having very hard times getting permitted to do evaporative cooling in a lot of places, that's kind of going by the wayside.

Almost all data centers that we're designing today at Solace O'Brien are straight either air-cooled or some adiabatic, but no straight evaporative cooling systems.

So we've really went away from that 100%.

um in california we use we tap into their reuse gray water um and do that so uh but in other places we're just doing dry cooling and then i hate to say that but even in places like phoenix and and you know texas which uh you really don't want to use dry coup or you know because of the efficiencies but it's just because water's scarce you're not going to probably get permitted so that becomes a non-issue for the most part at least from the ones we're working with I do think, you know, obviously connection to fiber is really important, and that's, you know, but that's becoming more and more readily available, but that is still, I think, probably somewhere in the middle of the list.
