You never know.

But, you know, even when I was caddying there, you know, there was a course renovation.

So you kind of see it, you know, and then I went, when I went away to school, um, even before that, I opened Cinder Ridge down in, uh, coal city, Illinois.

And we had, uh, an owner that bought a reclaimed or bought an old, the old coal mining land strip mines and turned that into a awesome golf course.

Just played it last week, actually.

And now he's doing even more work, you know, 30 years later, but yeah, Then in college, you know, you're in the same thing.

We had a golf course architect came in, same architect that actually did the Joliet Country Club plan a decade earlier, coincidentally did another renovation there at Western Illinois University.

What's the next chapter of private clubs look like to you? Where do you think the industry is headed?
