we've seen this a lot when you see a candidate in a video interview with their eyes glancing off screen or looking in here and then they're clearly reading a set of notes and your tone changes um but in the application the early application stages we know that for example i think about 56 of candidates that we surveyed last year said they were using ai in the application stage as you say to polish their cv to even prep themselves or find the right jobs as someone who looks at thousands of cvs how do you know when a candidate has used ai to polish a cv or polish a covering letter how do they look different than cvs used to look three years ago before the advent of chat gpt
