Well, with that, Brian, why don't we introduce Brian Shutt here and a little bit of your background and story.

So I was born and raised in Indy.

Grew up on the northeast side of town.

And as Greg knows, my dad was a pastor, my mom was a nurse, and so grew up kind of with service embodied in front of me and that illustration.

And similar to Bill, I think, you know, just being a pastor's kid, you go to church all the time.

And that's how Greg and I knew one another, a small church off of 46th Street on the northeast side.
