Yeah,

leave me alone, let me get out of my head for a minute, because I don't have to think.

It's chaos, right? Yes, exactly.

It's just this constant buzzing, right? Right.

And I didn't realize how much I missed it until I got here.

And you find that community again.

I was very fortunate in that having Ray and Jonathan with me you know where you look at us three and you're just like three totally different people in three totally different parts of their life you know and their recovery and i felt like i was kind of in the center jonathan's this guy walking around like i think kyle described it best as like a living buddha you know he says the right things he just knows how to get you to like out of your head and in in this moment and then ray had isolated i think more than i did um and had to kind of put his whole life on pause.
