Absolutely.

So, yeah, it's the other benefit of this that, you know, it's kind of an afterthought a lot of times, but yeah.

You know, I mentioned earlier about more and more people living in bigger towns, and I always talk about if I wasn't as avid of an angler or avid as a hunter, it'd be real easy for me to just not go fishing this weekend up to Audubon or not go grouse hunting.

And one of the side benefits of this is kids getting... involved in this.

A lot of times it reactivates mom and dad.

And do you think that, you know, that's one of the ways chiefs either struggle some, or is that how they, they become more successful?

Oh, I know I, I definitely struggled.

I think, I think we all struggle with that as we continue to take promotions and move into different jobs.

The, I think the expectation from the people that we work with, and a little bit with our egos, is we're supposed to know everything.

But I think it, it takes getting beaten down or experience, same thing, [laughs] fear and experience, um, uh, of learning from, from those mistakes.

I think it has to be an actual experience that, that you have yourself when something doesn't go right that you can pick up and, and realize kind of in action that this is one of those situations where, uh, I, I've got my blinders on, or I'm not seeing the whole picture.
