Oh, wow.

And so it was my turn for Mark Green to introduce me, and basically you say, "Scouts, this is Brian Mountjoy." And you introduce one person at a time, and you walk up, and then you walk off the little stage area.

So when it's my turn, Mark Green said, "I'm gonna introduce you." And then he said, "Oh, by the way, you need to bow to everybody after you're introduced.

Like, you bow to this side, and then you bow to the people in front, and then you bow to the people, all the Scouts, high schoolers, junior highers, and then even the little 11-year-old, and then bow to the Scout masters behind you." So here he says to la- he goes, "Scouts, Brian Mountjoy." And then I started bowing because-

Mm-hmm

... because he is a human being, and he's to be valued, and he just happens to be working here at Denman Company for, for the summer, actually during the year, too.

So I watched his face this time, and I got in a little place, and I saw when he turned around to walk into his little desk area, and I saw his face when he saw the standings, knowing that [laughs] who would his reaction would be, and the face is worth it to be able to impact someone.

He looked at it, and then you saw the smile beginning to occur.

Are we doing this thing that we said we were going to do?

And one of the things on the Dunham way that we've talked about a lot, that I always think about, I mean, I think we're all about kingdom impact.

I think about we have fun.

We love our people.

How about that? We love our people.

And like you said earlier... are we just saying that or actually doing something to, to love our people? And how does that really flesh out and look out? I keep sharing these stories because they're very impactful to me.

And you who are listening, think back of maybe someone who loved you, who impacted you.

My body just, it's telling me that's probably what it is now.
