When we started out, did the grants back in 2009, say the individual grants, and there was a guide for people like insulate your house, your heating bill was X, insulate your house, reduce it by X percentage.

And it was always framed in the cost and the benefit, like your payback time.

A heat pump will work really effectively in a house like that.

Yeah, there's no issue with getting a grant to bring your attic insulation up.

The only way it would be precluded if you had a grant to get the attic done before, but that doesn't sound like what they had done here.
