And so What's the exchange's role in all of that?

So, I guess, I mean, officially, we have requirements as a public company listed on NYC.

You need to have an independent board of directors, and you need to have independent heads of board key committees.

And, of course, there's an evaluation process for what's an independent director that we've gone through this.

I'm sure you know a lot more about this than I do.

Reality on that is, since we have so many new companies coming to market, we have a solid dialogue with those sponsors around a program we have called NYSE Board Services.

So Board Services, we launched, I think, in 2020, 21.
