No, not at all.

No, I think, I think one of the biggest mistakes I see, and it's, it's one we've had to work on ourselves, is leadership deciding what AI tools the firm needs to be rolling out and trying to do it from a top-down standpoint.

I, I think that's backwards.

So we've kind of moved the opposite.

We've had staff-led AI committees, mostly younger team members, bringing us what's actually useful.

You know, they're the ones that are down in the weeds.

Question three asks, what leadership decisions on AI are gonna matter most over the next couple of years?

What's one thing that always makes a great teammate?

I think somebody who listens.

That's a constant challenge.

I know.

I would say the biggest opportunity too is one, designations allow for opportunity, right? And I think that's one of the things that we look at.
