So can you, can you explain, like, have you been able to physically see that in your business? Like that kind of, you know, since, since you made the transition, the growth in your business, like what, what does that actually look like?

Yeah, this is, and I think I can lay this out well for your, like the other veteran community here.

And, and, you know, I'm not the only one who's done this well, but I, the, the thing, I think one of the key things starting out was I had been consulting for a while.

So, Back in 2016 is when I was hired by the SBA through the VBOC to be the VBOC director.

And so that's really when I'd done a little bit of consulting prior to that, but it was more along the lines of, hey, I know you've been a business owner.

Can you help me? It's very, very informal.

And so then when I took that VBOC job and was doing that for a couple of years, really, you start to put together systems.

So what was the story for you? I delayed that move as long as possible.
