People are starved for a connection, but they're incredibly lonely still.

And they've been online this whole time since 2020 and COVID, and they're overconsumed by text.

They can't conver- have conversations.

I mean, I'll say hi to students in the hallway when they're, like, have their headphones on and clinging to the wall, looking to the depths of the abyss and not making eye contact.

Right.
