Well, I'm still learning what that means.

I'm pretty, I'm pretty early on in this shift or, or kind of moving into somewhat uncharted waters.

Although in some ways I feel like I'm coming back to my roots a bit.

I, you know, before I found IFS, I, my, I found IFS in 2003 when I did my level one and I think I did my level two the following year, 2004, which was, you know, both mind and life altering in so many good ways.

But before that, in the mid 90s, I studied with a woman named Judith Johnson, who I call my original teacher.

And I studied.
